Terms & Conditions

Shipping or delivery:    

• Orders are prepared for shipment on Monday-Thursday to prevent delays at the depot on weekends.
• Dispatch is processed within 1-10 business days (depends on availability of plants) after the order.
• Shipment/delivery cost £4.99 for the small and medium size plants*. 
• In the period from December 1 to January 1 of the year, online orders are not accepted, as to prevent delays during the peak period.
• We reserve the right not to send plants of inadequate quality if it does not meet our high standards, in which case we notify the buyer about this and make a refund or a substitute according to the cost of this product.
• Plants that are on a discount are not subject to replacement or refund.
• We do not accept refusals after the dispatch note has been sent.

Click & Collect: all items are picked up at the store’s physical address and only during business hours or at the specified pick-up time.

• If the item has not been collected within 5 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We are not responsible for the plant after a week, month or year after your purchase. You bought a live plant and that is a responsibility. But we are always happy to help with our advice and knowledge about plants.
